An international project orientated in discovering new opportunities and competences for small organizations. It is a follow-up project of previous youth entrepreneurship encouragement project TYPS

Out of the box

The project was created by three small non-governmental organizations as a continuation to a

strategic project "TYPS - Training Youth to Plan Success" which was carried out in 2019.

Given the success of TYPS project we saw the need to continue with new activities orientated

to fulfill the needs of young people as our target group. Main goal of "Out of the Box" project

is to provide young people and youth workers with the tools that would allow them to discover

their competences and make the best of them. Therefore, we offer leisure alternatives to the

dependency on devices, social networks and the internet. Instead, we offer an environment

where the participants are gradually involved and which facilitates mastering all the skills that

each individual possesses - mainly imagination and creativity.

The personal development program will be presented through a toolkit consisting of a series

of videos, good practices and  tool package useful for small organizations in similar conditions

to ours.  "Out of the Box" project partners are Ecocompartimos (Spain), GreenTin (Romania)

and ESTEKA (Poland)
