The idea of the project was born when we realized that sometimes we want to accomplish many

goals but we don’t know where to start from or how to coordinate our steps to reach them.

So three small non-governmental organizations united to obtain the right competences and

knowledge about maintaining the successful and efficient NGOs. The project consists of 3

different trainings in all three participants' countries.

The training that Ecocompartimos was responsible of was held in Spain. It lasted for 4 days 

and participants got tools to professionalize their activities.

• DAY 1.  "Envision – Who are you (or your organization)" presentation of your organization and its' goals

• DAY 2: "Discover your personal/organization brand" discovering attributes and core values of organization and what makes it unique

• DAY 3: "Make it real" learning how to make a strategic plan and to evaluate the skills and elements you need to make action

• DAY 4: "Train your mindset" improving and training to get entrepreneur mindset

Objectives

Training was orientated to help organizations to get a clear perspective of their vision and future plans and also the knowledge of tools required to manage projects on daily basis. During the training period the participants discovered their goals and expectations from collaborators. Organizations  learned the way of organizing workshops, understanding the tools and competences needed for their activities and at the end of training evaluated gained experiences and competences, the value of the training and participants' personal improvement.
