Empowering Youth Project
Castle of San Servando, Toledo, Spain
Date: 14-19 of March, 2022
Participants: Team and volunteers
This training took place over 5 days with 21 participants from seven different countries. The objective was to know their own competences to be able to valorise them. In Addition to this relevant objective, the various participants were able to discover the cultures of each country participating in the training.
Team building and planification of 2020 training course

In the end of 2019, the team of Ecocompartimos and volunteers gathered together to strengthen their friendship and relations by seeking to obtain better results from the future activities. During these 2 days, volunteers held discussions, workshops, created interactive spaces and carried out games to show their creativity and gain new skills or competences. We made plans for the projects and activities for the year 2020, recognizing our goals and intentions, and planning needed measures to reach said goals
Intelligences as much as colors training course
Carranque and Illescas, Spain

Participants: organizations from Spain, Poland, Albania, Romania, Turkey and France
The goal of this training course was to connect multiple intelligences with the competences stated in Youthpass through various activities and workshops that also included discovering the culture and history of Spain. The project was also useful for forming better relations and partnership between organizations from different countries.
