On March 16-21 Ecocompartimos welcomed international group of youth workers in Toledo, Spain for the seminar "Digital Skills for Everyone". The project was financed under the Erasmus+ youth workers mobility programme and it brought together nine partner organizations and twenty seven participants from: Spain, Lebanon, Morocco, North Macedonia, Algeria, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Tunisia.

The main objective of the seminar was to train participants from partner organizations on skills that were identified as necessities for them to perform their work effectively. Digital tools that were introduced during the week were adapted to the needs of the target groups. We covered topics such as: Basics of ICT: essential tools for organizations, Powerful CV and Cover letter, Basic concepts of Cybersecurity. Moreover, we had visiting presenters who facilitated sessions on Social Media. Specifically, how to increase visibility of youth work through TikTok and Instagram and how to manage LinkedIn effectively. On the last day, we also held an open session where participants themselves introduced digital resources that they find useful in their work and personal use.

As it happens with Ecocompartimos the week in Toledo was packed with cultural activities as well. The group explored historical city of Toledo during a guided visit. We also celebrated Eid together in the Morning of March 20. During the intercultural morning participants presented their countries through traditional cousine, clothes and folklore.

Besides learning more about digital world, at the end of the week the expectations were met and friendly connections were made, which for us sounds like a successful project.
